Berek is like a holiday postcard. This special place, located in Warsaw, is meant to evoke the joy of the Mediterranean food and the hot ambience of streets of Tel Aviv. While creating the menu in Berek I did my best to get in touch with local harvesters and to use the freshest ingredients. I grew up in a place where you pick your fruits directly from the tree. We bake our own pitas and serve them hot we prepare our hummus the way we eat it, what we eat, we use mainly seasonal vegetables. Here in Berek I can share the taste of my favourite national dishes in their fresh and contemporary version.
